Perhaps the answer to this question is the same as the question: Where do you come from?

From the video "Meaning and Balance of Life"

"Let's not forget that many people are afraid to question themselves, to delve into their own thoughts, their own feelings, their own deep emotions, and then find out what they really need." Then work, working yourself to death, is just about good enough and that's enough for a few years... But life finds a way, confronts this way of life, pushes through, and tells you, "Hello, I'm back, you haven't been listening to me for 20 years!" ... And suddenly, you have a slipped disc or an illness that you simply have to deal with. Then your body forces you to rest and reflect, and then you may have no choice but to be confined to bed. And then, of course, making decisions about changes is awful. Well, I hope it doesn't come to that in your life. But if the meaning of work has been lost, then it's worth considering: "What's good for me?" And where should I go?
